Birthday Parties at BrickTown

Do you host birthday parties at BrickTown?

Yes. BrickTown offers LEGO®-themed birthday experiences where children can build, play and celebrate together.

What birthday party options are available?

We offer different party formats depending on the size of your group, duration and requirements. Please refer to our current Birthday Party packages for the latest inclusions and pricing.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our Full Party package accommodates up to 25 kids and 25 adults. Other party formats may have different guest limits, so please check the selected package before booking.

Are additional children or adults allowed?

Yes, subject to the maximum capacity of the selected package. For the Full Party package, additional children are charged at ₹500 each and additional adults at ₹200 each.

Children & Adults

Do parents need to stay during the party?

This depends on the age of the children and the party format. For older children, a drop-off party may be suitable. For younger children, parent or guardian presence may be required.

Does adult entry include LEGO play?

No. Adult entry is for accompanying guests and does not include a separate LEGO play session.

Can parents build together with the children?

Parents may assist and build together with their children during shared activities, subject to the party format and space available.

Food, Cake & Catering

Can we bring a birthday cake?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake.

Can we arrange outside food or catering?

Yes, outside catering can be arranged for birthday parties. Caterers must follow BrickTown's setup, service and clearing timings.

Can caterers stay after the party ends to pack up?

The premises must be completely vacated within 30 minutes after the scheduled party end time. This includes guests, caterers, décor teams and their equipment.

Décor & Setup

Is birthday décor included?

Selected décor options are complimentary with applicable party packages. Please refer to your chosen package for the décor options included.

Can we bring our own decorator?

Yes, subject to prior approval and BrickTown's setup guidelines. Any external décor team must complete setup and removal within the agreed timings.

Can we customise the party theme?

Yes. Custom themes and additional décor may be possible depending on your requirements. Please discuss these with the BrickTown team in advance.

Timings & Venue Rules

How long is a birthday party?

Party duration depends on the package selected. Our Full Party package is designed for a 3-hour celebration, while shorter weekday options may also be available.

Can the party continue beyond the booked time?

Parties must finish at the scheduled time so that BrickTown can prepare for subsequent sessions and events.

How much time do we have to vacate after the party?

All guests, caterers, decorators and equipment must vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the scheduled party end time.

What happens if the venue is not vacated within 30 minutes?

A ₹2,000 charge will be levied if the premises are not vacated within 30 minutes after the scheduled party end time.

Booking

How early should we book a birthday party?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, as party slots are subject to availability.

How do I check availability or book a party?

Contact the BrickTown team through WhatsApp or the contact details on our website with your preferred date, time and expected number of guests.

Can I visit BrickTown before booking?

Yes. You are welcome to visit BrickTown and see the space before confirming your party. Please contact us in advance so our team can assist you.

Terms

Terms:
• The party must conclude at the scheduled end time.
• A maximum of 30 minutes after the party is allowed only for guests, caterers and other vendors to vacate and clear the premises. This is not an extension of the party time.
• If the premises are not completely vacated within 30 minutes, an overstay charge of ₹2,000 will be levied.
• Outside catering attracts a ₹1,000 cleaning charge.
